There simply aren't enough adjectives to describe this early 20th Century Kashan rug! A massive 11 x 20 feet, with a pile of at least an inch thick! The rug was purchased (gently used, from a family friend) in the late 60s, when our clients' parents were living in Midtown Memphis. In the mid-70's, it was Insured for $10,000 – nearly $60K in today's money! It could use a light cleaning, and the edge that once sat adjacent to sliding glass doors is just a tiny bit faded, otherwise in GREAT condition! No worn spots, at all. $4,000.
