This sale will be held in a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage in the City Park area that is AVAILABLE FOR RENT!.  This home was among the original group of houses built by the Footes in the early 1940s.  The front entrance opens to a spacious living room with a sunroom just past the French doors to the right. The adjacent dining room, complete with built-in bookcases leads to the kitchen and breakfast room.  Original wood flooring and windows throughout. Large sunken den overlooks the fenced in back yard through an expanse of jalousie windows! Contact and additional information will be available at the sale.
