Estate of Bertha Perreand Neff local Archivist and Genealogist held in historic family home

Most items in this sale are either Antique or True Vintage. Ms. Neff passed in 1988 at the age of 96. Stepping into this house is like stepping into the past, locked in time. You've probably passed this house a hundred times...some think it to be haunted. It was built in 1903 and purchased by the Perreand's in 1905 for $250 in a foreclosure auction. The home was passed down to their daughter, Ms. Neff.
