Please note that all items included in this auction are in excellent condition and no older than eighteen months old. This is conveniently located in Hunt Valley directly off of 83 and Shawan Road. As specified in the title this is located in a condo with elevator access. The majority of these furniture pieces were purchased from Ashley Furniture. All items are intact and functioning perfectly. Drawers, etc. Bed prices do include mattresses which were also purchased new in the same time. You are not obligated to take the mattresses but pricing will remain the same either way. Please note this is an excellent selection for many circumstances. Moving. Upgrade. Beach. Student living. All enclosed details are posted to the best of our knowledge re measurements, prices and the like. Please note it will be necessary to bring adequate help for lifting, moving etc. Pick up hours are tentative and may need to be adjusted as per building management. Golden Egg will update ASAP.
