Parking at this sale is extremely limited, as the entrance to the condo is located off an alleyway street. Please utilize the municipal parking lot located at the end of the alley, or any legal parking spaces on the residential streets, downtown area or parking decks and walk to our location. Parking or standing in the alleyway will be reserved for customers actively loading items only.
Green Eyes Estate Sales will not be responsible if you park illegally and receive a ticket!

The first portion of this sale will be held online with the items you see listed, with additional sale and pickup dates on Saturday March 19th and Sunday March 20th. Any items purchased online and not claimed by the end of the sale on March 20th will be considered abandoned and NO REFUNDS will be given.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Any items paid for but not retrieved by Sunday March 20, 2022 will be considered abandoned property and no refund will be issued.

We DO NOT move or load furniture. You must bring your own moving supplies, labor and proper vehicle. If you can't move it, you can't buy it!
