Estate of GM Designer Elia “Russ” Russinoff, Chief Assistant Designer at General Motors from 1955 to 1995. Russ's career spanned the golden age of automobile design, the estate includes significant pieces of mid-century modern furniture by Herman Miller and Knoll as well as vintage automobelia, books, sketches and original works of art. Russ graduated from Pratt Institute in 1949, his automobile artwork has been exhibited in numerous musuems in the United States, and is currently represented in the Detroit Institute of Art exhibit on automobile design.
