**Sign up sheet will be posted the evening before the sale at 6pm. Must be present when called.

** All sales are final, with some exceptions for electronics.
**Per owner request, shoes must be removed before entering the house.
Very high quality furniture is in abundance, much of it Ethan Allen, Harden, Hekman and Amish made. All has been well maintained. The entire house and garage is full of lovely furnishings, including numerous woven rugs mostly Hogopian, Azar and Birmingham Stores. Everything one needs for their home you will find here and the quality is unmatched for the price. Pictures will be added frequently to this website and remember that GemStar is known for pricing for day ONE. Our Motto: The quality is high, our prices are low, shop day one is the way to go!
