Pickup Details
When you are placing your bid, you are agreeing to pick up your items the Thursday Evening, January the 13th between 6 p.m. & 8:45 p.m. or Saturday Morning, January 15th between 9 a.m. & 11:45 a.m. The winning bidder must schedule an appointment to pick up their merchandise. You will be sent a link to do this shortly after the Auction ends. Your merchandise is only available for pick up on the dates listed above, and during the specific times listed on www.SignUpGenius. If you fail to pick up your items, you will still be charged for everything you bought. Abandoned items are donated to charity shortly after the last pick-up time has ended.

If you have questions about an item, the best way to contact me is via phone (314-413-4818) or email (MidasTouchEstateSales@gmail.com) I check my email morning & evening. I answer my Voice Mail before the close of Business every day.
Because of the recent surge of Covid, we ask that you practice Social Distancing. Please use the Ask a Question form or FAQ section if you have any questions about your item(s).

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items, so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.
When you are bidding keep in mind that if you do not pick up your items on the scheduled days, you will be charged for your items.
