Pickup:
When you are placing your bid, you are agreeing to pick up your items Thursday, November 3rd, 2022 & or Sunday, November 6th, 2022. The winning bidder must schedule an appointment to pick up their merchandise. You will be sent a link to do this shortly after the Auction ends. Your merchandise is only available for pick up on the dates listed above, and during the specific times listed on www.SignUpGenius. If you fail to pick up your items, you will still be charged for everything you bought. Abandoned items are donated to charity shortly after the last pick-up time has ended.

If you have questions about an item, the best way to contact me is via phone (314-413-4818) or email (MidasTouchEstateSales@gmail.com) I check my email morning & evening. I answer my Voice Mail before the close of business every day.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items, so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. ended.
