Welcome to our online Estate Sale! Be sure to read descriptions to get the most accurate information. Pieces to be sold are 'as is', price is firm, and does not graduate down. As always, please feel free to email, text, or call with questions!
Please note! Once you commit to buy online, call 573-579-1969 (Tracy) or 573-450-2569 (Debbie) to pay for the item. WE REQUIRE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT. The item will not be considered sold until payment is made, and can continue still listed for sale. If we miss your call, please leave a message and we will return the call. Method of payment will be the Square Card Reader. A 3.00% charge will be assessed by Square for using the card, and automatically added to your card payment. Missouri Tax will also be charged on applicable items. NOTE: When making payment, please respectfully call between the hours of 8AM-7PM.
Most pick-up's will be in the back parking lot of West Park Mall located in Cape Girardeau, MO. We will give detailed directions for that when scheduling.
