Items in this auction will end at different times, between 7:00-8:30 pm on the final day. Please pay attention to the specific end time of the item you are bidding on.

By placing a bid, you are agreeing to pick up your merchandise. Pickup dates are listed on each item in the pickup details. We will only be at the property on the days listed on the item. If you have questions about when pick up will be, please email us. THE WINNING BIDDER MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT (online) TO PICK UP THEIR MERCHANDISE. You will need to know how many items you purchased to signup for a timeslot. The link to sign up will be at the bottom of the email that contains the item’s pick-up code and the address to the property. Your merchandise is only available for pick up on the dates listed above, and during the specific times listed on signupgenius.com; if you fail to pick up your items, you will still be charged for everything you bought. Abandoned items are donated to charity shortly after the auction has ended; we do NOT relist items that were paid for but never picked up. ALL SALES FINAL

When picking up your items, we ask that you follow social distancing guidelines.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Please check your merchandise before you leave the property when you pickup.

If you do not pick up your merchandise during the times listed above, you will still be charged and you will not get your merchandise.
