High Ridge Part 4 - New Prices

Seller threw me a curve ball. We will hold off on the interior of the home for a couple weeks. So this sale is to drop some prices and move some more inventory. This is a Living Estate Sale Auction. Please respect the homeowners wishes, Home owner is requesting no one to come inside so all items will be waiting in the garage or we will bring it out from inside. Any large items from the wood working room will need to be removed by the buyer. There may be one occasion that you will be allowed in to move large furniture. There will be a STRICT pick up schedule as this home does NOT have a good drive way. One Day for Pick-Up; Saturday, December 9th 12p-4p.
