Please note: Hard Surface Trays & some cardboard flats ARE NOT INCLUDED with lot, although displayed with some lots. Boxes will be available to load out but feel free to bring your own. There is a dock high Loading Dock available for large or heavy items.

All payments made through EstateSales.net Marketplace. Partial shipping refunds for combined shipping , will be credited back to card after items ship or locally picked up. Shipping cost for local buyers will be removed after local buyers pay cash upon pickup, during pre arranged pickup day & time. Items not picked by scheduled pick up time will be forfeited and card charged. Should an item ever be returned, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs with no exceptions ! Items are shipped with no insurance unless buyer requests & pays for insurance in advance.
Local contact with us is difficult due to no land line, internet, or cell phone reception in underground warehouse. Communications should be through email/ EstateSales.net forums. Any phone callers must leave voice msg w/ call back #, questions with details or concerns, & expect call backs in the evening or weekend hours, as we are closed on weekends & holidays.
