As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. CASH AND VENMO ONLY CC will be released after pickup

Items will be in LARGE grouping and will not be split

This is a cleanout auction after an estate sale has already happened. We will not be putting descriptions for the items. Everything in the pictures is what you are bidding on. Not including the shelving or tables.
You are responsible for packing and picking up all items on time.
We will only Charge Credit cards if you do not pick up your items.
We will take CASH or VENMO at time of pick up and will release cards at that time.

Make sure you are committed to take EVERYTHING and the DATE works. Pick up is FRIDAY EVENING September 27th 4pm-7pm ONLY
