St. Charles Downsizing Sale - Electronics, Household, Tent, Cots, Holiday

This is a fun downsizing sale in the heart of St. Charles. Our long-time homeowner is meticulous and well-organized, so the items are in excellent condition. Most items have the original manual when applicable. Everything from camping gear to housewares...and electronics to collectibles. We have some great camping cots and a tent, Precious Moments figurines, furniture, Dyson vacuum, TREK mountain bike, mid-century desk chair, lighting and so much more!

The pick up date is Saturday, November 4th from 10:00 - 2:00. Let me know if you need alternative arrangements (i.e. Sunday pick-up) and we may be able to assist you. Please email me prior to bidding if you need special arrangements. Thanks and we hope to see you soon!

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ! Pick up date for this auction is Saturday, November 4th from 10:00 - 2:00 in St. Charles. Items not picked up by the designated times may be forfeited and your credit card will still be charged. Please email me prior to bidding if you need special arrangements (i.e. pick up on Sunday instead) and we can work with you. You will receive an email with the pick-up address within 2 hours after the auction ends. All bids and sales are final.

I can bring smaller items back to the Pacific/Union/Villa Ridge area if needed for pick up. Let me know prior to the pick up date if you need this service.

You must bring help with you to move heavy items upstairs from the basement. All small items will be available for pick up on the first floor. Make sure you have room in your car and bring moving boxes/materials. We're keeping the totes. :)
