This estate is in a lovely, clean home in South St. Louis City - near St. Louis Hills. You'll find a bit of everything in this sale--from furniture, to artwork, to home decor, to all household. We are also selling a stove, washer and dryer.

Your bid indicates an agreement to pick-up your item(s) on one of our scheduled pick-up days. Your appointment for pick-up must be scheduled via Market Place—sign-up available through the signupgenius.com link at the bottom of your “Ready for Pick-up” Notice (you will receive this via e-mail after auction ends).

Please be aware that you will be responsible for moving any and all furniture you purchase. Our staff is unable to help with the moving process, so if you purchase something large, you will need to bring the appropriate help with you. Pickup for larger furniture items MUST BE SCHEDULED for the last pick-up date provided. We recommend that you bring boxes/packing materials (for fragile items). Failure to pick-up an item does NOT result in a refund. It will, however, result in the item being returned to our client for a disposal method of their choice. We anticipate that our pick-up times will fall on Wednesday evening (05/19/21) and Saturday during the day (05/22/21), but these dates may change.

We follow CDC guidelines for Covid-19 - at this time it will be necessary for you to wear a mask to pick up your merchandise, as well as observe social distancing guidelines.
