This sale is being held in one of the most beautiful homes I've ever seen, and everything has been treated with great care. Items are all clean and in great condition. If there is any damage on any item, we will do our best mark it as so, and provide photographs of any issues. We have lots of lovely furniture, home decor, rugs, books and household...there should be something for everyone at this sale! I did want to note that our seller has put a reserve on two items in this sale….the antique refrigerator and the breakfront. We have used that reserve amount as our opening bid to avoid any confusion. Thanks for shopping with Silk Purse Sales!!

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. We will have two pickup opportunities. One will be on Friday, March 11, 2022 beginning at 2:30 pm. The other will be on Saturday, March12, 2022, beginning at 9:30 am. If you buy large furniture, please pick it up on the second day of the sale (Saturday, March 12, 2022). We do not have anyone that can help with moving items, so please bring adequate help if required to move your purchases. If you purchase delicate items, please bring paper/bubble wrap to protect your purchase. At the end of the auction, winning bidders will be provided with a link to signupgenius.com (via a separate email) which will provide the opportunity to sign up for pickup. Items not picked up by purchaser will be returned to our client. There will be no refunds for items purchased but not picked up. If you have trouble signing up via signupgenius.com, please get in touch with me and I will try to walk you through the process.
