HOLLY HILLS CASTLE HOUSE LIVING ESTATE ON-LINE AUCTION

This is a house that held MANY treasures. It is known as the Castle House in Holly Hills, and has not changed ownership in over 70 years.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. We will have two pickup opportunities. You will be required to sign up for a pickup-slot for one of these two days. One will be on Friday, JUNE 9, 2023 from 1:00 pm through 5:00 pm. The other will be on Saturday, JUNE 10, 2023, from 10:00 am through 3:00 pm. If you buy large furniture, we require you to pick it up on the second day of the sale (Saturday, JUNE 10, 2023). We do not have anyone that can help with moving items, so please bring adequate help if required to move your purchases. If you purchase delicate items, please bring paper/bubble wrap to protect your purchase. At the end of the auction, winning bidders will be provided with a link to signupgenius.com (via a separate email) which will provide the opportunity to sign up for pickup. Items not picked up by purchaser will be returned to our client. There will be no refunds for items purchased but not picked up.
