The link to sign up will be at the bottom of the email that contains the item’s pick-up code. Your merchandise is only available for pick up dates of Friday January 21st and Saturday January 22nd during the specific times listed on Signupgenius.com; if you fail to pick up your items you will still be charged for everything you purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS. By placing a bid you are agreeing to a time is of the essence agreement. Items that are not picked up in this time frame will remain with the estate for donation. These Are The Only Dates Available Due To House Closing Soon. All Items Are Listed And Sold AS FOUND. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

When picking up your items, we ask that you have the pick up code provided to you and follow social distancing guidelines. Masks are required when entering pick up site to retrieve your items(s).Please come at your scheduled time. There Are Only A Few Parking Spaces In The Driveway So If You Come Early Or Late There Will Be NO Place For You To Park. Coming early or late makes the pickup of merchandise difficult. When you pick up your item(s) at your designated time please pull up close as you can in front of the house.
