This beautiful estate is a gated community located in Kirkwood and does not allow in-person estate sale. This estate has valuable art and high-end home furnishings. All items have been kept in excellent condition.

Please be sure to read the entire item description. As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. The sizing maybe vary slightly.

* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged, please inspect photos before bidding.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* All Bids are final. There is noway to cancel a bid once it has been entered. Please double check the amount you are bidding.

By placing a bid, you are agreeing to pick up your merchandise on set days selected after the sale. The winning bidder will be contacted by phone or email to schedule a pickup time. All items must be picked up within 4 days after the sale. If you fail to pick up your items, you will still be charged for everything you bought.

If you do not pick up your merchandise during the times listed above, you will still be charged and you will not get your merchandise.
