If you fail to pick up your items, you will still be charged for everything you purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS. By placing a bid, you are agreeing to a time is of the essence agreement. Items that are not picked up in this time frame will remain with the estate for donation. These Are The Only Dates Available Due To House Closing Soon. All Items Are Listed And Sold AS FOUND. When you pick up your item(s) at your designated time please pull up close as you can in front of the house.
