As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as is, and final. These items are from an estate and are in used condition. Items may have age-related wear, damage and show signs of use. It is the buyers responsibility to carefully review ALL images for detailed condition information prior to purchase. While we do our best to provide multiple clear images and note any issues, we realize that sometimes there may be an issue with an item. You have the opportunity to inspect your items when you pick them up. Once you leave the sale location with your item(s), there will be no further discussion about the item, reduction in price, or refunds.

The earlier slots fill up fast and usually on the 1st day. Appointments between 10am-2pm. Choose a time.
Make your appointment as soon as you purchase an item. Dont wait! Time slots are not always available
The physical property address will be provided the morning of pickup via email from EstateSales.net
I do give out the round about area the night before. Do not ask for the physical address. I do not give it out till day of pick up

If you purchase an item and it is not picked at the scheduled appointment date and time, your purchase(s) will be considered abandoned and will be donated. We do not hold items or provide refunds for abandoned purchases.

You must bring help for heavy items and appropriate packaging supplies and boxes to pick up your purchases. Mississippi Roots LLC will not provide materials or labor on the pick up day.
