Welcome to Cool Nana’s Treasures, thank you for taking the time to look over our sale. We want your transactions to go as smoothly as possible. Please take a few moments and familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions.

Be sure to read the entire item description. They contain valuable information like pick up requirements. Some items may have additional information provided in the FAQ section.

All items are from a smoke and pet free home. All measurements are approx.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do not accept returns, nor provide refunds. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. * 10% buyers fee on all items, already added to initial bid offer.
* Local Pick up only on certain items
* All items are available for shipping with the exception of furniture and other large pieces. Please text me at 615-392-5511 for an estimate on shipping fees. Provide the item name, number and your zip code. I will advise ASAP. All shipping fees are payable through Venmo with no fee or by MC and Visa with a 6% fee.

Pick up dates: Friday the 16th and Saturday the 27th All large items are By appointment only. If you need a different pick up time, please contact me prior to purchasing. This is an estate and pick up days are limited.
Once your bid has been accepted, you will be notified by email.
Please text 615-392-5511 to set your appointment for pick up.

For online sales , once you have purchased an item or won a bid, your credit card on file will be charged by the company. If you fail to pick up your item, you will still be charged. When picking up your item, you are responsible for the following:

1) Picking up your item on the arranged date,
2) Providing your own manpower, equipment, and tools needed to take your purchase home.
3) If you have purchased a large amount of glassware etc. be sure to bring boxes and packing materials.
4) Provide pick up code. This will be in your email from EstateSales.Net and is 5 or 6 letters.

****Masks must be worn. No exceptions.

Address will be provided when appointments are set or on the day of pick up.
