Estate Sale by Fresh Start - Please Read Parking Details

Due to issues we received today from the HOA board for the "Villas at Summerlake", we are asking all patrons to please be aware of the parking policies that are required by the Home Owners Association. Parking is allowed on the right side of the street only, which would allow ample room for emergency vehicles. Do not block driveways or mailboxes. In general, estate sales are allowed in the neighborhood, however we did receive feedback about the parking violations.
