As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. Please read the entire item description. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures so you know exactly what you are buying.
But We realize there is no substitute for an in person look.
Therefore : IF you want to view your items in person before you buy THEN Please TEXT us for an appointment - we would love to meet you and show you any items in which you are interested, or view all the items.

2 Delivery may be possible :
IF this is a furniture or other large item or heavy item (Example : heavy such as Noritake service for 10 dishes) and you need help with transport please let us know ; we may be able to help.
We charge $2 / mile one way and can deliver within 50 miles. Examples : if you are 8 miles from the sale then delivery would be $16; if you are 50 miles from the sale then delivery would be $100.
We deliver curbside, but you must load and unload your items. That means you have to bring brawny brainy help to load AT the Sale Site, and to unload AT Your Curb.
3 For local pickups Please text to arrange a mutually convenient pickup time, preferably within 24 hours of purchase.
4 The sale is listed local pickup only, but we may be able to ship some items to out of state buyers AFTER the sale ends and AFTER local buyers pickup their purchases. WHILE the sale is Underway Please let us know if you need shipping. We will accommodate you if possible. * Any shipping of items is at our discretion, and shipping must be calculated and paid before shipping is done. *
