As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. Please read the entire item description. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures so you know exactly what you are buying.

4 Need help with transport of large or heavy items ?
We have a truck and a van and May Be Able To Deliver curbside for $1 / mile round trip. You will have to get your own brawny brainy help to load AT the sale site and to unload AT your curb. Still Cheaper and Faster than renting a truck we think.
"May Be Able To Deliver" simply means setting a mutually convenient time and day, possibly during the sale, but more likely after the sale concludes.

5 For local pickups Please text to arrange a mutually convenient pickup time, if possible within 24 hours of purchase.

6 Out of state buyer and need shipping ?
Altho' most items are local pickup only, we may be able to ship some items to out of state buyers AFTER the sale ends and AFTER local buyers pickup their purchases. Please let us know if you need shipping while the sale is underway . We are available to work with your shipper and will happily accommodate you if possible.
Shipping of items is at our discretion.
Shipping must be calculated and paid before shipping is done.
