1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.

We are honored to be presenting the sale of Catherine(Kat) Hutchins(deceased)! Ms. Hutchins was known around the community for her love of local history. Sale will be conducted at the Wilson homeplace built in the early 1800's and located on the Hutchins property. Sale will be conducted on Friday March 24th, 2017 from 10:00am-06:00pm and Saturday March 25th, 2017 from 09:00am-04:00pm. Neat local historical items, antiques, collectibles, household and more. Several items are associated with Amos Hosiery Mill and R.T. Amos Sr. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to seeing you there! Due to size of house a limited number of people will be allowed in at one time. Thank you for your cooperation.
