We will not be responsible for moving large or heavy furniture pieces. Please make advance arrangements for insured professional movers to move your furniture purchase. Scheduled times will be on the half hour between 10-3. There will be no exceptions as we must have this property cleared for real estate closing. We will update availability and will schedule on a first come first serve basis. You will receive notification with your pick up time as well as the exact property location.
All sales are as-is and final. No refunds or returns will be issued. Please note that Timeless Collage & Estate Services, LLC has full discretion to privately sell items not purchased online for the benefit of our client.
