This bungalow has been closed up for awhile and got really dusty and dirty but now everything needs to go so reconstruction can begin. We are going to just leave everything right where it sits and sell "as is-where is". Hum.....some things will not be priced. So wear a mask and come dig for a treasure.
This one day sale would be a good excuse to grab a sweet tea and take a country drive out to Mint Hill. See ya'll there!
