Pick Up is Saturday 6/3, between 10-4 in Fearrington Village, Pittsboro, NC. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP DURING THIS TIME PERIOD. Any items not picked up during this time period will be disposed of at our discretion. There will be no exceptions. The Auction Pick Up is at a private residence therefore the street address will be revealed only to the winning bidders, within a few hours after the auction is closed. Pick-up is Saturday, June 3 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The pick-up location is in Fearrington Village in Pittsboro, NC. This is a private residence, therefore the exact street address will be disclosed to winning bidders only via email. Do not bid if you cannot pick up on Saturday, June 3 between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Buyer’s Premium - 15%. There is also NC sales tax of 7% and a 2.9% processing fee.
Bidding: Bidding takes place on EstateSales.net. If you are a winning bidder, within a few hours after the auction ends you will receive an email from Magnolia Estate Sales entitled “Ready for Pickup.” This email will have the pick-up location and the 6-digit Pick-up Code. You will need this code to pick- up your item (s). See Pick-up below.
All bids are binding, and cannot be changed or removed once submitted. Please do not bid unless you can pick up your items at the pick-up location on Saturday, June 3 between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.

The exact pick-up address will be emailed to all winning bidders within a few hours after the auction ends.
