Terms of Tag Sale:
1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Description & Details
Collectible toy and character auction to be conducted on Saturday June 3rd beginning at 6:00pm. Preview begins at 4:30 pm. Auction address is 13 Boyles St. Thomasville, N.C. 27360. Auction will feature tin toys, western toys and cap guns, character items, board games, vintage toys, playsets and more. Details are coming. We thank you for your continued support! (N.C.A.L. 8512)
