A few things to know if you are not familiar with how an online sale works on estatesales.net:
•The platform is working on upgrading their site and hopefully will allow you to soon “favorite" an online sale and individual items in an online sale. Currently, the only way to more easily find my sales is to “follow” my company. There is another Helping Hand Estate Services out of Greensboro, so please make sure you look for my logo which is a gold hands logo inside of a gold outlined box, not the purple and black logo the Greensboro company has.
•You must be registered with estatesales.net to purchase an item. The registration process captures your name, contact and payment information and can be done anytime, but registering before a sale is live is very important if you want to purchase an item before someone else. Buyers that are already registered can click the “buy now” button, while you may be still filling out your registration information.
•Once you have registered, please have your browser save your password so you can just click and be on the site in a second. Estatesales.net recommends Google Chrome as their preferred browser. If you forget your password and are in a hurry to log in, you’ll be behind everyone else and we don’t want that!

Seller only accepts major credit cards.
•All pickups must occur on the specified date. Occasional exceptions may be made from time to time with the approval of Helping Hand Estate Services, Inc. well in advance of the scheduled pick up day.
•Helping Hand Estate Services pays your credit card fees. Please keep this in mind before asking for a discount on an item.
•North Carolina now requires a sales tax to be added of 7.25%
•As of July 31, 2021, we will no longer refund sales tax to exempt buyers. This has been a service we have provided for several years, however, due to the increase in the number of resellers, the fees we have to pay to refund the sales tax are increasing substantially, and the time involved for us to not only refund the fees, but report those transactions to the State of North Carolina, is extremely time consuming. Buyers will be sent an electronic receipt that will breakdown their purchases and any tax that they paid so that they can claim this on their state tax forms for credit.
•Please bring your own wrapping supplies.
•All items are sold as is, where is. There are no refunds.
•We reserve the right to pre-sell any item if it is in the client's best interest.
•We are not responsible for accidents or injuries while buyer is on the client's property.
•Buyers MUST bring adequate help to load or move heavy or awkward items.
