Featured at this sale is a 1928 Steinway grand piano, purchased new and passed down by the same family. It is working and in great condition; we’re arranging for a piano professional to inspect and tune it.

Payments: Payment is made online at checkout by card through our secure payment system. EstateSales.NET adds a $2.95 service fee per item. Sales tax is charged based on the address associated with the purchaser's location. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Item Condition: Vintage and previously owned items may show normal signs of age and wear. Please review each listing carefully for size, condition, flaws, and completeness. We describe items honestly and in good faith, but we cannot guarantee that every imperfection is visible in photos.

Holds: Items are not held without payment.

Pick-Up Day: All local pickups take place on one scheduled pickup day. Pickups are by appointment only. After purchase, you will receive an email with your pickup information. The pickup address is shared with confirmed buyers only. Bring your purchase confirmation, and come prepared with help, tools, and a vehicle suited to your purchases. Our team cannot lift or load items. The piano must be moved by professional piano movers, arranged and paid for by the buyer.

Missed Pickups: Items not picked up on the scheduled pickup day, and not rescheduled in advance with our team, are forfeited without refund.

Shipping: We are not currently offering shipping for this estate sale.

Liability: Buyers assume all responsibility for items once purchased. The estate sale company, homeowner, and property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage occurring during pickup, removal, or transportation of purchased items.

Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior. Please be respectful of the home, property, and neighbors on pickup day.
