All items here are from a smoke-free, pet-free home. Most all of the items are in excellent condition. Please be sure to read the entire description. Some items may have additional information provided in the description, pictures, or FAQ section. Some items may have imperfections. We want you to be informed of what you are buying.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

If an item is available for shipping, it will be listed, along with a shipping price. If you purchase more than one item, we are happy to combine shipping costs, and will refund you the extra charges. If you purchase large items, they will be pick up only. If you are unable to pick up your items, we will work with you to arrange shipping, however, shipping cost will be on the buyer.

There is no buyer's premium, there is no soft close.
