Our in person viewing times for items are Wednesday & Friday 3pm - 7pm or Saturday and Sunday from 9am - 2pm at our warehouse. We may be able to accommodate other hours by appointment at our discretion. We are located at 1684 Walden Ave. Cheektowaga NY 14225. (GPS is tricky for this address so please see bottom of the Terms & Conditions for directions)
As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Feel free to request any other information before bidding as we will not be able to accept any items for return.
Our pickup times are Wednesday 3pm - 7pm or Saturday and Sunday from 9am-3pm at our warehouse 1684 Walden Ave. Cheektowaga NY 14225. You must contact us to arrange your pickup during these times. We may be able to accommodate other hours by appointment at our discretion.
If you purchase an item for local pickup only we can arrange delivery for a fee.
If you see one of our items that is listed as local pickup only we will ship with the following conditions.
Shipping for "local pickup" items require a $10 processing fee plus the postage/shipping charge. This will be invoiced to you prior to shipping and MUST be paid within 2 days following the receipt of your invoice. We will also allow you to arrange your own shipping if that is preferred but we still require the $10 fee to process and package the item. This charge is to cover packing and supplies. Item will not be shipped until the full amount is paid.
IMPORTANT: Failure to pay all costs or to arrange a pickup will forfeit your purchase and you will not be issued a refund. After 7 days the item is re-listed to be sold unless arrangements have been made.
Shipping is already included on some items (see listing). If you would like Express Shipping we will invoice you for the difference in cost prior to shipping. This must be paid within 2 days of invoicing.
