The sale comprises the collections and creations of a Garrison, NY couple who were part of the beginnings of the Garrison Art Center.
This pair of artists lived in a old house on the back roads of Garrison.
They were definitely maximalists and not minimalists.
They knew many great local artists and were beloved members of the community.
Some of their many collections are quite rare as can be seen in the following auction.
