IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ! Pick up dates are Monday, March 8th from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. or Tuesday, March 9th from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.. No other pick up times will be available. Place your highest bid early as all items end at 7:00 p.m.. Items with active bidders will automatically be extended.

Welcome and thank you for looking at our items. Please be sure to read the entire item description and to ask questions as soon as possible. As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

We accept MC/VISA/American Express/Discover. Sorry, but there's no payment on pick up option.

Please bring your own help as well as your own boxes and bags to carry things as they may not be available. Winning Bidders will be contacted with the exact location after the auction ends. The pick up location is in Getzville and, with the exception of furniture, we will have your item available for pick up at the front door. No appointment is necessary.

Masks are required during pick up and social distancing while you wait is appreciated.

Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up on either of the dates provided (see above). We are not available after the sale for late pick ups. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you don't claim your item(s) your card will still be charged and your item will be forfeited. Please....don't bid if you can't pick up.

We can ONLY ship the items that are marked as "Shipping Available". Thank you!
