Welcome and thank you for shopping with us! IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ! Pick up dates are Wednesday, June 9th from 3:00 - 7:00 pm OR Thursday, June 10th from 9:00 - 12:00. No appointment is necessary. If you need other pick up arrangements please let us know PRIOR to placing your bid so we can determine if we're able to help you. Items not picked up by the end of the designated times (without prior pick up arrangements made) will forfeit the item and their credit card will still be charged. Bids are legal and binding!

Please place your high bid early as most items will end simultaneously. Estatesales.net will bid in increments for you until your high bid is reached. Please see estatesales.net bidding terms with questions on placing your bid. Some items are available to purchase immediately and you will see a "Buy It Now" option if it's available.

Please be sure to read the entire item description and to ask questions as soon as possible. As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving but I'm always available for questions. Additional pictures are also available if needed.

Sorry, but there's no payment on pick up option. You will need to register for payments with estatesales.net.

There will NOT be anyone available to help you move heavy items so you MUST bring someone with you for furniture, etc. Please bring your own bags and packing materials as well. Winning bidders will be contacted with the exact location after the auction ends so there's no need to email us....watch for the email from EstateSales.net! The pick up location for this auction is in North Tonawanda. We ask that you check the measurements we've provided and bring the correct size car to move it. We've had 5-6 people arrive on pick up day unprepared for the size of their items. Please double check it will fit or bring a friends truck! Dressers do not fit in sedans!
