All items are sold "as-is." We do our best to provide detailed descriptions so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Local pickup is preferred and suggested. However, we can arrange to ship small items via FedEx or UPS (small items only, no furniture), at an extra cost, to cover shipping and handling.
