All items are sold as-is and where-is, with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers are encouraged to review all photos, descriptions, dimensions, and condition details carefully before purchasing. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted.

This online sale features larger and higher-value items from our business downsizing and inventory liquidation sale. Items are available on a first-paid, first-served basis. An item is not reserved until full payment has been received.

Buyers are responsible for pickup, removal, and transportation of all purchases. Please bring sufficient help, tools, packing materials, straps, and an appropriate vehicle for large or heavy items. Staff may not be available to assist with lifting or loading. A pallet jack may be available for certain items, but buyers remain fully responsible for safe removal.

Pickup is by appointment at the listed sale location. Buyers must remove all purchases within the stated pickup period unless other arrangements are approved in writing before purchase. Items not picked up by the agreed deadline may be considered abandoned without refund.

Delivery or freight shipping may be available for select items at the buyer’s expense. Delivery, freight, packing, handling, insurance, liftgate, and limited-access charges are additional and must be arranged before purchase.

Descriptions and condition notes are provided to the best of our knowledge. Measurements are approximate. Buyers should ask questions before purchasing if they need additional information, photos, measurements, or testing details.

By purchasing an item, the buyer agrees to these terms and accepts full responsibility for safely removing, transporting, and using the item.
