This auction is in Strongsville OH. All winning Bidders will be responsible for picking up their items from the estate in Strongsville OH on the pick up day listed above. The address will appear on your invoice.

ONLINE AUCTION TERMS

These terms and conditions apply to all online bidding at auction sales conducted by ESTEEMED PROFESSIONAL LIQUIDATIONS, LLC. By registering to participate in a ESTEEMED PROFESSIONAL LIQUIDATIONS, LLC auction sale via Online Bidding, you(the bidder) expressly agree to these terms and conditions, in addition to any additional terms per individual sale.

ELIGIBILITY:

Our services are available only to individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors. If you do not qualify, please do not use our services. Furthermore, your account and user ID may not be transferred or sold to another party.

BIDDER REGISTRATION:

1. Before you can bid via Online Bidding, you must register to bid online.
2. All bidders are required to provide a valid credit card upon registration.
3. It is the responsibility of all bidders to pick up purchase during the designated time before the end of the pick up window. The card on file will be charged the total invoice amount as well as any associated fees if bidder does not show up for a pick up during designated time.

BUYERS CONTRACT:

You( the bidder) acknowledge that you are bidding in an online auction and you agree that each bid submitted as provided in these terms and conditions is irrevocable and cannot be amended or corrected, even if submitted in error and notified to us. You(the bidder) accept full liability for all bids submitted via your Online Bidding account(including the liability to pay in full and on time in accordance with the bid conditions for any lot that is the subject of a successful bid submitted from your account). A bid is a legally binding contract. ESTEEMED PROFESSIONAL LIQUIDATIONS, LLC reserves the right to reject a registration to bid online, withdraw its permission for you to use Online Bidding, or terminate an Online Bidding account, for any reason at any time prior to, during or after a sale.

AUCTION CLOSING SCHEDULE:

Each auction closes two(2) items per minute, unless a bid is made within the two(2) minutes, then the listed item will automatically be extended for an additional (2) minutes.
BID INCREMENTS:
$1 increments UP to 10.000
$2 increments UP to $25
$5 increments UP to $50
$10 increments UP to $100
$25 increments UP to $250
$50 increments over $500
(Unless a Reserve is placed on a particular item). The Reserve price is listed in the description.

PAYMENT:

ESTEEMED PROFESSIONAL LIQUIDATIONS, LLC will take cash, debit, credit and PayPal as forms of payment. We do not take take personal or business checks. We will add a 10% buyer's premium to each invoice. There will be a 3% additional fee for credit card processing.

MERCHANDISE PICK UP:

Please note that pick up LOCATION and pick up TIME will be posted on the winning bidder's invoice. If you cannot make the pick up time PLEASE DO NOT BID. All payments must be made in full before any merchandise can be removed from the premises. If a buyer fail to pick up their purchased item(s) at designated location and time, the item(s) will be considered abandoned without refund. An additional fee may be charged to dispose of abandoned item(s).

TRANSFER OF MERCHANDISE:

ESTEEMED PROFESSIONAL LIQUIDATIONS, LLC may agree to transfer an item(s) for alternative pick up. It is the the buyer's responsibility to arrange pick up within seven (7) business days. There will be no reminder call for pick up. If buyer fail to pick up Item(s) on required pick up date item(s) will be considered abandoned and become the property of the seller.

INSPECTION OF MERCHANDISE:

Inspect your items before leaving the estate property. Once you leave customer's property item(s) belongs to you. ESTEEMED PROFESSIONAL LIQUIDATIONS, LLC will do our best to provide accurate descriptions of items we sell. Estate sale items sold are generally used items with wear consistent with age and history. Please contact Auction Manager listed if you would like to view an item in person prior to placing a bid or if you need additional information.

UNTESTED MERCHANDISE:

WE CANNOT TEST ALL ITEMS!
All items included that are "untested" or "powers on" are sold AS-IS without warranty expressed or implied.

USE OF SITE:

ESTEEMED PROFESSIONAL LIQUIDATIONS, LLC shall not be held responsible for any interruption in service, mistakes, and/or omissions, caused by any means. ESTEEMED PROFESSIONAL LIQUIDATIONS, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted service nor can we prevent malfunctions from occurring during use of site. Please note that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction. ESTEEMED PROFESSIONAL LIQUIDATIONS, LLC in this case of unpredictable events may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and repost any items/lots that were affected by any malfunction. Please contact Auction Manager if you need additional explanation or have additional questions.

INDEMNIFICATION:

Buyer agree to indemnify, defend, and hold ESTEEMED PROFESSIONAL LIQUIDATIONS, LLC and its affiliates, or clients harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, costs, and expenses incurred by any company party in connection with any use of the service under your password by any person, whether or not authorized by you. Buyer will not hold ESTEEMED PROFESSIONAL LIQUIDATIONS, LLC and its affiliates, or clients liable for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to this purchase.
