Greetings!
Join us online for a highly curated online auction from a beautifully kept lakeside condominium. The owner collected with a crystal clear eye for color and craftsmanship, and the result is one of the strongest groupings of iridescent studio art glass we've offered along with some fantastic decorative pieces for your walls, curios or shelves.
Many of the iridescent pieces were made by Toronto artist, Robert Held. They look better in person..my goodness they are things of beauty in the sunlight and are meant to be showcased in light.
The condo is decorated with contemporary and traditional furniture that balances out the colorful decor and art pieces…and it all just works. Offerings include pieces from John V. Schultz including a solid cherry sideboard, cherry pedestal dining set, king size bed, chest of drawers, side tables and sofas. A Victorian walnut parlor table, lighted curio cabinets, quality upholstered seating and more round it out.
Everything shows the care of a lovingly maintained home. Whether you're furnishing a home or adding to a glass collection, this is a sale (hidden)worth watching. Become the new caretakers for these offerings, while shopping in a sustainable way.
Between this auction and several other fun in person estate sales coming up in the next few weeks, you’ll be able to score some real charming and unique pieces that will add instant character to your space.
I truly appreciate everyone who has participated in my auctions and have attended my estate sales over the years. Many of you have become friends while participating in this unique, shared shopping experience…and I think that’s pretty cool. Good luck with the bidding friends!

(Please call or text Chris @ 814-504-9532 to schedule a preview appointment)
Pick-Up Day
-Monday, November 9th from 10am-1pm and 5pm-7pm. We did the hard part already and moved everything offsite to the warehouse in Erie. The pick up will be right from the warehouse for easier pick up.
An email will be sent to all winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction on Friday, November 6th between 8-9pm. Please look for this communication in your spam/junk folder as well. It will have the pick up location and any other pertinent details.
Bidding Process
The online auction is hosted at estatesales.net where you can get in on the bidding action. If you hadn't already done so, you'll need to sign-up for a simple account on estatesales.net to actively bid.
The online auction bidding on estatesales.net is a "hard close" process, similar to Ebay, as opposed to a "soft close" process used by other online auction platforms, which extends the time if there is active bidding towards the end. There is no time extension using this particular platform.
The bidding ends when the allotted time for each item expires, which is displayed under each item.
Also, entering a maximum "max" bid doesn't necessarily mean you will pay your maximum bid. The system will automatically keep bidding on your behalf against other bidders up to your placed "max" bid for convenience purposes. There’s different strategies involved with bidding, some bidders come firing out of the gate at the beginning of the auction and others hold back to the very last second and throw out a max bid, just make sure you have a strong internet connection when you are ready to bid.
-Bidding Example
You are bidding on a lamp and place a max bid of $58.00 towards the end of the auction. The auction ends on the item and you win the item for $39.00. This means the next highest bidder had a high bid of $38.00, however you were willing to go up to $58.00. Your maximum bid doesn’t automatically jump to that amount when you place the bid. The bid only is increased if there are other bidders actively bidding on the item. Your maximum bids are hidden from other bidders, essentially creating a level playing field.
