Cash or Venmo Only. Please bring help to load large items. We will have help to move large pieces on Saturday between 12 and 3 pm. Absolutely NO pickups after 3 pm on Saturday, April 18, 2026. Everything will be sold AS IS. No returns. All who enter the home must remove shoes or wear disposable shoe covers which will be provided by the seller. We will not be responsible for any accidents during the sale. Please do not park on any grass areas or block any driveways. Thank you!
