John and Karen from Landrum Eclectics in Landrum and a couple of good friends, are going to be hosting an Estate in the Del Norte neighborhood of Greenville, really close to the Taylors line next Friday and Saturday, October 27th and 28th, from 830 to 230 each day… Honestly, the house was, and still is, PACKED, a little bit of a hoarder situation but we have managed to make it navigable…. Everything must go and will be priced to sell… there is so much stuff, we won’t be able to price it all, so certain unpriced items can be negotiated...
