As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide descriptions and pictures of our items so you know what you'll be receiving. Also note, there have been lags at the end of bidding. To prevent not getting your item due to this, we highly suggest putting in your highest bid earlier than the last few minutes. We can not be responsible for lags or technical issues. These are out of our control.
Note the pickup date and time before bidding. By bidding, you are agreeing to show up to pickup your items. Your card will be charged at the conclusion of the sale. Any items left unclaimed are considered abandoned.
Moving and packing items at pickup are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Most items in this auction are located on a level with no stairs.
Some items are pickup by appointment only. If furniture reads pickup by appointment, then it is located in the home up a set of front outside entry stairs.
