Welcome to Cool Nana’s Treasures. And thank you for taking the time to look over our sale. We want your transactions to go as smoothly as possible. Please take a few moments and familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions.
Be sure to read the entire item description. They contain valuable information like pick up requirements. Some items may have additional information provided in the FAQ section.
As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do not accept returns, nor provide refunds. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. If you require more information or have need of additional pictures, please text me at 901-340-3753.
Local Pick up only on furniture. Please text me to inquire about shipping charges on any additional items.
Once you have purchased an item or won a bid, your credit card on file will be charged by the company. If you fail to pick up your item, you will still be charged. When picking up your item, you are responsible for the following:
1) Picking up your item on the arranged date,
2) Providing your own manpower, equipment, and tools needed to take your purchase home.
3) If you have purchased a large amount of glassware etc. be sure to bring boxes and packing materials.
Any items that need to be shipped:
1) you will receive an email regarding shipment dates and tracking numbers
2) most items ship within 10 days after sale has ended.
3) some items will be placed on a ship hold if if your credit card company requires a hold period on your funds. If this occurs, you will receive an email stating expected ship date.
*****There will be a viewing on Thursday Sept 10th between 4-7pm. Text 901/340-3753 for appointment. Address will be provided day of.
****Masks must be worn.
****New items added daily, so please check back.
