This is a one-day, family-run private sale and we can accept cash or Venmo only. We will do our best to help load items. We will have some boxes and paper for wrapping fragile items, but do bring some if you have it available. There are stairs at both the front and back entrance so be aware that it may be difficult to maneuver for those using a wheelchair. We are not responsible for any accidents on the property.
