-If you can't pickup or have someone to pick up in that window, do not bid. You will be sent a text message the day after the online sale closes to arrange a time slot.
-All items are located on the ground floor or in garage. There are a few steps as well as a ramp to get to your items. But no upper floors.
-You will be responsible for loading and packing items.
***There is no electricity in this home, so bring water and whatever you need to make collecting your treasures manageable.*****

-There are so many items. Estatesales.net does not currently have the option for staggered lots closing, ALL LOTS WILL END AT THE SAME TIME.
