This is online estate sale is being conducted for the late Ms. Stella Floy Pace, longtime Athenian. She touched thousands of lives during her tenure, she spent the last eighteen years of her 43 years in Education as Assistant Principal at Athens High School. We have had a lot of fun going down memory lane.

We have had a lot of fun going down memory lane.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Please note most wood furniture will need cleaning, with lots of age comes a lot of dust and moisture.

Auction will open for bidding on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 8:00PM CST, Auction will start closing at 7:00PM CST on Thursday, January 27, 2022.

Please note that there will be no “In-Person Inspection” or Viewing for this auction. Please pay close attention to the lot description and review all pictures. If you have any questions about an item, please email beth@lovedandlisted.com

All items are sold as is, no warranty or guarantee is made as to condition.

Electronics have not been tested unless noted, no warranty or guarantee to their condition.

We do our best to show photos of chipped, scratched, damaged or torn items. The highest bidder agrees to pay the full amount for the purchased item as-is.

All items are offered for sale to the highest bidder. All sales are final and no refunds are to be made.

Pick Up Date/Time: Friday, January 28, 2022 from 9:00AM to 1:30PM in Athens, TX. Address will be given after bidding closes.

PICKUP & REMOVAL is strictly enforced; if you cannot pick up your items by these terms, please DO NOT BID!

Please place your high bid early as most items will end simultaneously. Estatesales.net will bid in increments for you until the highest bid you entered is reached. Please see estatesales.net bidding terms with questions on placing your bid.

You will need to register for payments using your credit card with estatesales.net.
Winning bidders will be contacted with the exact location after the auction ends so there's no need to email us....watch for the email.

Buyer is responsible for pickup. All items must be picked up during the listed date(s) and times. Failure to pickup items during pickup times will result in a forfeiture of items, the highest bidder will be charged the full amount.

We will not have boxes or personnel to help with loading or packing.

Buyer shall indemnify Loved & Listed, LLC against any damages, claims, liability as a result of any harm or injury suffered by any person during the pickup of items.

Loved & Listed, LLC, its owners, employees or agents reserve the right to bid on any auction.
