Our Estate Sale this week will be a “Living Estate” in Corpus Christi. This estate belongs to local residents Lynn & Bruce Ballenger, owners of “Tracy’s Hallmark Store” which recently closed their doors in April. Lynn & Bruce have enjoyed their store and the friendships they made here and look forward to retirement.
